My girlfriend is from El Salvador (legal, naturalized citizen) and most of her friends and all of her family love Trump.
Obviously Anecdotal, but that what’s I’ve seen.

Hispanics are mostly Catholic. Catholics aren't fans of abortion (unless you are Joe Biden) and that seems to be what Kamala's whole campaign is about

Yes but white Christians are supposed to be opposed to abortion and they all necessarily don't vote that way
But you're right Hispanics the family nature that the culture promotes also a lot of very small businessmen so many of the families like historically immigrant families have
they've started a business even if they had a regular full time job started the business started employing family members in it reinvesting in it growing it
Small businesses have been fricked by tax policy

They will be looking to secure the southern border with the quickness.

And just like that the glorious wall was built in less than a month...

Where are they polling these Hispanics? Feel like it’ll get skewed majorly depending on the country of origin. Cubans love him, Puerto Ricans…not so much.
If Trump is in the 60s across the board this is going to be a Mondale like asskicking.

My wife's (born in Tx) family are Mexican/Americans. All love Trump. Even the members that still live in Mexico are 100% Trump.

I think most Hispanics that can legally vote would prefer Trump. Many immigrants, legal or illegal, actually have left their countries because they were in danger or were escaping political corruption. They are well aware of what's coming into this country in droves and don't like it either.

I didn't say Christians. I said Catholics. Catholics teach you are going to tell as getting an abotion is a moral evil.

That's what I've seen in Arizona with the Mexican American Citizen men I hang out with. Not so much the women though. The men are rabid about voting for Trump, but maybe only about 25% of their women (Hispanic girlfriends, wives, nieces, sisters, moms, etc) would vote Trump...Probably about the same as a lot of Caucasian families.
Even if it is just the majority of the men and only 25% of the women in the Latino community voting Republican, that will be huge for Trump.
I would say that 62% number in that poll is pretty close to accurate. I think Trump would probably get at the very least high 50 % of the Latino vote if their were no fraud..

My personal observation is that Hondurans ain’t buying what the Dems are selling. They just want to work, and family and church are important. They came here to escape lawless chaos and they see that is what the Dems are pushing. TIFWIW, just my experience.

Naturalized citizens love this country more than many who were born here. It's simply a matter of perspective. Naturalized citizens left their home countries for the opportunity America provided and they are appreciative of that fact. They wanted to become American citizens and did what was necessary, including taking the time and making the effort to achieve that goal. They take great pride in being an American citizen because they know first hand many places are FAR worse. Every single naturalized citizen I've known DESPISES illegal immigration and, as a result, favors Trump.
If you ever want to feel good about the US go to a naturalization ceremony. You'll see people from many different nations beaming with pride at becoming an American citizen. It should be a requirement for every natural American citizen to witness one in hopes of them, perhaps, realizing just how great this country truly is.

I would say this is an outlier (and well Rasmussen), but I would take 50/50. That would be about a 3 to 4 million vote sway from 2020.
