The Bear Grylls diet is to wait until the cameras are off and eat the Marriott breakfast buffet.

He should. Part of his job is to be in peak physical condition.

I feel like I’m doing good to get either a walk or lifting in on any given day, both his difficult on work days.

I started buying the whole ribeye from Sam's or Costco and I'm probably saving about $7-8 dollars a steak, making awesome hamburgers with the trimmings and accumulating a lot of tallow for cooking. The key is having the right kitchen tools. I have the food saver to freeze the steaks, meat grinder attachment for the kitchen aid mixer and good butcher knife.

Pretty solid plan.

I’d pop in some HCL creatine and spend less on steak.

Pretty solid exercise/activity routine. However I can’t really see anyone having the time to do all of that unless you don’t work.

You don't have time to walk a hour after work? GTFO

Walk 30 minutes a day, lift 45 minutes a few times a week, grill a steak and fry some eggs?

I went and got my calcium score done a few weeks ago because I am out of shape and nearing 45. All clear.

Back in March, a 41-year-old man who worked for me for 10 years had a massive heart attack due to 99% blockage. After he passed his wife told me that he complained about pain under his left arm for a week up to it and never went to get it checked. Apparently, pain under the arm is a blockage in the widowmaker artery or the LAD. Had he gone and spent a few minutes getting his calcium score he might still be here.

After he passed away I went for a stress test, blood work, echocardiogram, etc and the Dr said all was good but none of that made me as confident that I was in the clear as a calcium score.

Getting your calcium score is only $100 and 5 minutes of your time. Everyone should go do it especially if you live in LA and eat a lot of Cajun fried foods.

For breakfast you kill a snake and use its hide to store your water for the day which is the fluid you squeezed out from a pile of fresh cow manure.

I'd imagine if you walked 30-60 minutes a day and lifted weights 45 minutes a day 4x a week, you could probably eat whatever you want.

I think I will ask to have this done on my next cardiologist visit. I am suprised he has never suggested it to me.
