I’m not the smartest baw in the room but none of this adds up. You claim to work 55-60 hours a week then post 48 hours of work time. You obviously have really small kids or don’t give a shite because I would sprint away from a schedule like this. My son has way too many extra curriculars after school to be coming home after 7pm every night. I feel like I may be missing something here.

I work 55-60 hours a week. Lift weights 5x a week and do 20-30 minutes of cardio after. Still make it home to hangout with wife and kids for an hour and a half before its bedtime. My daily work day schedule looks like
3:45 up and eat breakfast (everyone sleeping)
Lift/cardio 4:15-6a
Work 7a-7p
Home for 7:15 Family time 7:15-8:45
8:45 bed

Was he fat? Genuinely curious.

Pretty sure he was a 22 SAS guy. (UK version of the delta force). There is always the exception but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fat one that wasn’t like 70 years old. They are usually pretty dialed in when it comes to fitness.

Those eskimos really were lying to us on their fiber intake. So were those African tribes the British studied.

I haven't had fiber in almost two years now. No fruits, no veggies, strict carnivore.

According to the "experts" I should have a full blown case of scurvy by now and constant constipation issues.

I'd imagine if you walked 30-60 minutes a day and lifted weights 45 minutes a day 4x a week, you could probably eat whatever you want.

Wrong... A large percentage of weight composition still comes from diet numbnuts..

not exactly. Fruits a no no on carnivore

But yeah either way it would do wonders for the average person to eat like that even a short period

r My calcium score definitely saved my life. I just passed all the typical heart test (treadmill etc etc ) but after a buddy drop dead of major heart attack after complete physical, I decided to do it and scored like 170 something. It should be part of every ones plan after age 50

Costco's meats always disappoint me. I keep on buying them because they look great, but have little flavor.

You're right. Its closer to 48 on average, besides the weeks I pick up extra shifts.
My point remains. If you want to not be a lazy, fat, you will find time to exercise

Most of the bitching about my work day schedule was about not spending time with family. Working out has no bearing missing family time if you go while they are asleep, unless you prioritize laying in bed for an extra hour every night watching Netflix

I get filets from there, we think they're pretty good

ETA: got somme form HEB yesterday that didn't look "pretty" but were tasty as heck

I looked at doing this just this past weekend. But the cut steaks were 12.99/lb and the whole ribeye was 11.99/lb/ so i just bought the cut ribeyes. No clue how you say you are saving that much. Am I missing something or just bad at the maths.

Wrong. It comes from lack of movement. I'll agree that you can't drink a 12 packs of cokes a day and chase it with Oreos but you can look at old pics and rarely see obese people. Even though they ate bread with every meal and the magic ingredient was lard. But 100 years ago, people most people still did manual labor thus they were exercising.
