I am in Western North Carolina (Brevard) ask me anything while I have next signal.

Transylvania county is an island just about. Most major roads are blocked or washed away. Gas is just about out in the county. Despite what the local and state governments are saying, they were completely unprepared.

As far as i know it is holding up. They actually just started lowering the lake for the first time in 5 years, so that may have actually helped.

Proprietary issues with CarPlay? Delete your phone from the Silverado, reset the dash, turn your phone off for 1 minute. Get back in the vehicle, reconnect. Always start Google maps from your phone not the dash. Should work.

Just picked up a load of mre's in Nebraska and am making my way to Knoxville - they're distributing on smaller trucks from there. Truckers are gonna try to help, but it's going to be hard because I-40 in the gorge washed out and 26 is flooded in both directions.

No running water. At my house, but i fillwd the tubs and i have a creek on my property for toilets. Lifestraw and water stash for potable. At a neighbors now, and he has solar and batteries + spring fed water.
