My one and a half year old came to me and asked how safe the LGBTQ community would be after January 6th. I didn't have an answer for him, so I told him to put on his favorite dress so we could cry together as our true authentic selves.

Yeah that was an old SNL bit on letters to the White House.
The first letter was a high level essay on why Republicans were evil with the PS of “Paula Jones was asking for it.”
The second one in its entirety was “Newt Gingrich is a bad bad man. PS, Paula Jones was asking for it.”

Surprised CNN didn't vet the kids beforehand if they were going to show it live. You know ABC or MSNBC would have. Kamala's camp gonna be upset with them.

That was my first reaction as well. It could be the kid was prepped, and just thought it would be funny to say that. It is difficult to get kids to behave and say exactly what you want.
Dims will be meeting with CNN brass today though to make sure they don't screw up like this again.
