Our group of four had a blast. We had an amazing dinner at Chimes Friday night, and a fantastic tailgate experience Saturday. We enjoyed meeting many of you, talking and joking about football, food, and many other topics.
We were offered food and drink throughout the day. My favorite was the boudin. Had 3 negative interactions with young drunk boys, but that is not unexpected in any stadium. 99.999% of our interactions were very positive and fun.
Good luck the rest of the season, we will be rooting for your team.
Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed the visit and sorry you had to experience the hottest home game in a decade.

Glad you enjoyed your time. If you could send some of that Cali weather our way, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hot take, but as long as you're not physically touched or inappropriate behavior in front of children, this should be mandatory for any SEC road game

They'll be working in the back of a kitchen for the rest of their lives if that makes you feel any better.

Glad you had a good experience besides the heat.

Sorry about that I had a similar experience in South Carolina where everyone was so nice but a group of young college age kids got in me and my sisters faces and yelled F LSU at the top of their lungs very angrily.

But we had several UCLA fans come by our tailgate and they were treated like royalty. I told them they were going to encounter some young punks more than likely but just ignore them.

And to think my wife's USC cousins said all UCLA fans were aholes.

Now we know different...

Someone from my HS who was a year older than me is yall's RB coach so I hope if anything that group succeeds. Good luck to your season. Your team basically got the evolved version of what LSU got after the Natty. Think we had like 60 players for the Covid season and with Chip leaving after the portal yall just got pillaged. Hopefully yall rebound soon.

It would have been 100X better if it had been a night game, but it's a small possibility now if UCLA can ever get themselves into the playoffs.

Can you imagine getting hit with a warm piss balloon on a 100 deg. day?

I met several Bruins throughout the day and all seemed to be having a good time. Sorry you did not get the full immersion of a LSU night game and some cooler temps. The heat absolutely sucked the life out of the crowd by halftime (even more than normal).

I had the novel chance of meeting a couple people from The Rose Bowl who were guests of LSU.
