Anthony's Italian Deli is still my go-to spot.

If you want a seafood poboy, go to Georges.
Nola Leidenheimer bread is what they use and it's the superior seafood poboy bread imo.

This board craps on it, but...

Got poboys from Poboy Express on Perkins last week and they were excellent, loaded with shrimp. The bread seemed better than what I remembered.

I forgot about that, didn't notice it this time. I think the only thing labelled as "market" right now is oysters.

Poboys at The Chimes are underrated. Shrimp poboy tossed in buffalo sauce is pretty damn on point.

I ended up having the Shrimp poboy at Georges and the roast beef at Rocco's. I highly recommend both. Had a roast beef at Dempseys and maybe I just had a bad one. Not close to Rocco's. Thanks to everyone that posted.

Rocco's does a great job with PoBoys! Another is City Cafe, be sure to get the Shoestring Onion Rings with the PoBoy!
