These were STAPLES at my house growing up

Morton frozen donuts
Spaghettios/Ravioli
Chef Boyarde Pizza kit
Shake and bake chicken
Jello instant pudding - butterscotch goat!
No bake cheesecake in a box
Grape nut flakes cereal
Vienna sausage
Parkay margarine
Miracle whip

We ate some or all of this weekly my entire childhood. Some of this I'm not sure they even make anymore or maybe I'm just not looking.

Homemade popsicles in an ice tray
Cinnamon toothpicks (of course we didn’t “eat them”)
Kraft box spaghetti kit
Salmon croquettes (with the gross canned salmon)

Ding dongs... not the modern kind. The kind that came wrapped in foil. There was something different about those that modern day ding dongs don't have.

Would add Nacho Cheese Doritos, but I had some a couple of weeks ago for the first time in forever.

Kraft box spaghetti kit

I grew up eating spaghetti made as follows:

1 Kraft spaghetti pack (throw noodles away, buy luxury or something else and prepare as stated on the pack)
1 McCormick spaghetti pack

Prepare the sauces as directed on the packs. Add meatballs (ground beef, salt, pepper, cook through in a skillet).

I love spaghetti in most every form. Scratch, meat sauce, meatballs, with italian sausage, with fresh green onion sausage (after being cooked of course), monjuni's out the bottle, etc etc. But I have very fond memories of eating the above and nostalgia is a powerful drug. No one in my house will eat it but every now and then I will either find a walmart with the kraft box (Baker, LA has it) or order a few boxes off of Amazon.

As to the op:

Bagel bites
Cool Ranch Doritos
Salmon patties
Sardines on a cracker
Vienna sausage
Deviled ham

I always find this topic fascinating. You'd think your parents' habits would stick with you more. I've had the below as an adult for the most part, but they're definitely not something I commonly consume at all.

Milk - I like it, but don't drink it. Only cook with it occasionally. My parents still get a gallon a week.

Cookies - They still use a cookie jar.

Cereal

Ice Cream

Country Crock - They ditched this years ago, but it's what we had growing up

Little Debbie type cakes

Chicken legs - I do buy these once a year or so for the grill if I see them, but we had these weekly growing up

Lima beans

Pork chops - Again, I've had them more recently than childhood, but not a staple at all for us

Fish sticks

Oatmeal/grits/poptarts

Pop Tarts
Instant Breakfast
Hamburger Helper
La Choy chow mein
Salmon croquettes
Minute steaks

I would have said fried bologna and cheese sandwiches, but I made some not too long ago...delicious.

Fizzies drink tablets. You put them in water and they "fizzed" making a flavored drink. Instead of making a drink, we ate them and let them fizz in our mouths. Root beer was the best. They were our "Pop Rocks" I guess.

Fish sticks is a good one!

Also those el patio/el chico enchilada frozen dinners. My lord that was our Friday night dinner treat! The one night a week we could eat in front of the tv (dukes of hazard and Dallas)

I also grew up thinking tamales only came in a can.

remember steak'ums? Was that the name? Thin slices you peeled off and fried in a skillet?

For some reason my mom ALWAYS made spaghetti with the nickel sized pasta shells and she chopped up bell pepper and onions in the sauce. To this day it doesn't feel like "real" spaghetti to me if it doesn't use those shells... do they even make those big ones anymore? Weird imprint that left on me.
