i was in the marines for all of my 20's, so physically fit speaking, that was my prime........but in life in general, my 30's were a blast as a single guy who had learned some things....now turning 52, still in good shape, still active, married, so my prime is in my rearview mirror slowly fading away.

Late 20s
Could literally climb a mountain like it was nothing

Early thirties... Found that balance between personal and fiscal health. At 46, money is comfortable, but health issues have increased.

At 18 I felt pretty bulletproof.
Felt great on 4 hours sleep. Running 2 miles a day, lifting every single day, started 3 varsity sports and was the prom king. I was in full rut just constantly chasing pussy.
Now I'm in my 30's with a few kids, I'm stronger but I think every other measurable statistic I was better physically around 17-23
I'm much more mature but I had a lower BMI, I could run a 4.62, I could run 4 miles non-stop and do 30
Pull ups without a break.
Now my back is sore and usually I'm just happy to not sleep on legos. I couldn't break a 5 second 40, i don't think I could make it a mile and half and I could rep out about 9 pull ups.
I'm starting to get gray hair and old man strength and 35 year old me would whip 18 year old me's arse but it if was a completition on athletic ability and "lover" stamina then I'm not even close to who I used to be. But damn it was a good ride when I was young and dumb. Now my goal is to have my son get after it to.

35 now. Everything hurts a little more but as far as physical shape I'm in the best I've ever been. I'm not as quick and there's a bigger price to pay for everything I do but I'm feeling great.

I felt like I was in my prime at 26, married, great career, out every night, loving life.
but I know I am in my prime right now. early 40s, great career, home, loving wife, amazing kids, family trips, lakehouses, friends, and staying busy

47. Had worked my way to to cat3 bike racing and was beating the frick out of 20yo wanna be racers and my resting HR was hovering around 35. I was a single dad and the Nashville dating scene was wide open.
Hard to maintain that type of discipline and and training after getting remarried and having another kid but I wouldn't trade my current life for the world.

27- 37 At 27-31 I was a physical beast mountain running and biking and my brain was uncluttered with the vagaries of age and time. Proud that I did the big challenging man things I could never do now. If you are peaking, savor it.
