Polling and momentum is on his side. As long as he doesn’t give the media too many soundbites to attack him with, I don’t see how he loses without massive fraud.

The mic rules will help him stay reserved. Trump’s had the same message since 2015. All he has to do is hammer the economy, the border, inflation, and foreign wars while weathering the abortion segment and he’ll do fine.

I think I agree.
I think the undecided/independents are looking for a reason to vote against someone right now rather than looking for a reason to vote for someone.
If Trump doesn’t give them that reason, they aren’t going to go vote for Kamala.
That said, the stakes for this debate are much lower for Kamala from a “don’t frick up” standpoint. Her primary goal will be to make Trump look like an old, babbling fool.
I doubt you see much on policy from her. She is going to bring up some sensitive topics for Trump and try to make him flustered/contradict himself to create a spiral. Despite the prevailing opinion here, there is a lot to bring up that could put him on tilt.
She will bring up how he ordered the afghanistan withdrawal and operation warp speed/disregulation of the vaccine process to take COVID and the Afghanistan chaos off the board for Trump and then bring up all the little shite that’s added up over the years that’s not policy related.
I know we’ve all been saying it but she wanted the mics on to accentuate any eventual meltdown were it to occur.
Trump doesn’t need to do anything but talk about how good the economy was before and talk about how bad inflation is now. This is where the Biden/Harris administration is weakest and also the most important factor for voters this cycle.

Tuesday night is huge but in all reality how many votes are really still up for grabs?
It’s hard to imagine someone sitting at home seeing Trump in the public eye for 9 years and after he makes a good point at the debate, they think “oh wow, now I’m voting for him!’

Already hedging by making excuses of cheating etc.
It will be a close election.
DJT will mess things up for sure, but winning the election is beyond him to achieve.

The only thing the debate is going to answer is how big the globalist need to cheat. This election is not about the real vote tally, it's about how to prevent enough cheating to still have the real vote count.

If they bring up Operation Warp Speed, Trump needs to remind viewers that Biden gave a Presidential Medal of Freedom to Anthony Fauci, who Trump will have criminally investigated for authorizing gain of function covid research when he was strictly forbidden by law. Without Fauci, Covid-19 would never have happened.
Also, remind voters that Trump never made vaccines mandatory and did not advocate for shutting down the economy like Dem governors and Mayors did. Trump did not threaten people with loss of their livelihood or jail time if they didn't get the vaccine. The Biden-Harris administration did, and courts have ruled it unconstitutional.

I think there’s enough “blame” to pass around that talking about COVID won’t go far for either.

Stay on the border and the economy. Those are winning issues for Trump. Kamala has no answers for this.

I thought he started great in the last debate. He was staying on message, gave good answers. But then he started rambling, he was totally ignoring the questions given to him. Fortunately all that got over shadowed by Bidens near death performance.
