Figured NM was discussed. Interested in hearing some opinions on AZ especially the Phoenix and Tucson areas. Thanks!

This. Nevada and Arizona are ticking time bombs.

I lived in Tucson for 2 years. COL was great. Nice place, nice people, just a bit boring.

Flagstaff and Sedona are awesome areas. its pretty surprising how much topographic and biome diversity there is in central and northern arizona and western colorado.

If you take off the rainbow shades, have another look at the world, and cut off the Indian braid, it might go your way.

Only place I could imagine living is Flagstaff. Everywhere else is basically uninhabitable from May to October.

Scottsdale may have more T&A than anywhere else in the country per capita

Can you live there from October through April? Brutal heat. And you have to listen to idiots saying "at least it's a dry heat".
Fwiw talk to some of these white women who say they are sun worshippers and you'll notice the 40 year olds look 60ish. More wrinkled and brown than a raisins balls.

Your order of operations matters here.

I assume just about everyone could and would love it.

Live in Tucson…. It’s wonderful weather from late October to late April. Boring is the biggest drawback

And all over the heritage board, it's a veritable ethnic OT 7+ smorgasbord.
