i can see texas, georgia, maybe bama, being better. i think mizzou is good but a stretch at this point to declare them better. no one else really stands out as being better. oklahoma? nah.

Hunt tries to be objective which I respect but always find him leaning as a half empty kind of guy. For example after the last game of the regular season, Hunts doing the postgame saying things like he doesn’t think Jayden did enough to win the Heisman. Well we know how that turned out.

Everyone is picking Mizzou because of their schedule. They have the easiest SEC schedule and their one power 5 OOC game is Boston College. Their tough games are Bama, A&M, and Oklahoma. They miss every other tough team so their floor should be 9-3.

I don't believe anything that idiot says, he also said the defense was getting burned every play. While the head coach says they've done away with busted plays, and the defense making plays

If Missouri goes 9-3 with that schedule they shouldn't make the playoffs
Even at 10-2 they shouldn't
Ole Miss at 10-2 with a loss to us and then a double digit loss to Georgia at home shouldn't either

I don't see Bama has being better either. Not sold on 4 seasons in FBS Deboer to get Bama on track immediately. I don't think Milroe will take to the new passing game as much as others believe, plus, we are speculating on their WRs and RBs just like anybody else. That secondary doesn't have Saban anymore and they bring back one experienced dude from it.
The only truly legit team i see over LSU is UGA. Everything else is speculation until a couple games are played.

Hunt self admittedly knows the least about football. Trust his opinion on baseball and basketball. He’s just regurgitating things he’s hearing from others, not what he’s seeing.

Texas had the 15th ranked scoring defense last year an 47th in pass defense efficiency compared to LSU being ranked 101st.

That isn't some crazy take. The majority of people have LSU finishing between 5th-7th in the SEC.

so what? you can judge the relative strengths and weaknesses of teams and look at their schedules and come up with an informed opinion without having played football. thousands do and many get paid to do it.
