Actually with Zuck's admission today, there is real evidence, tangible, that DJT have every reasonable reason to believe he won that election. So, that kind throws a huge fly in the ointment.

The Constitution specifically says you can only be "elected" twice, nothing about inauguration or actually serving.

First thing when Trump Prez begins is to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the weaponization of the DOJ. If any evidence is is missing charge them with obstruction. If they say something is blue and it is black charge them with perjury. Move the case to an area where 96% of the people voted for Trump.
