Without a doubt, however a regular will likely say it could kill you, which is possible. Just like I will win the lottery the next time I buy a ticket. Leaving something covered in a house with AC VS outside in the heat is two different things.

If you start feeling sick, make sure you have a 5 gallon bucket in the bathroom. Last time I had food poisoning I was blowing out the back of the toilet and so glad I thought of the bucket beforehand because it came in handy for almost 24 hours.

This. ^^^

I’ve had food poisoning several times and I will throw away $200 worth of food before I gamble on going through that again. Miserable

Your leftover food sat at the proper temperature and the proper lenght of time for bacteria to grow.

If the correct type and amount of bacteria were present in your food, it will have indeed grown to a harmful amount.

All we know is that the food could have grown bacteria and there is a possibility of you getting sick. Nobody can tell you the chances of the bacteria growing nor the chances of it making you sick. All we can tell you is the conditions were right for bacteria to grow if it was present to begin with.

Was the correct type and amount of bacteria present? Nobody knows.

Will you get sick? Probably not.

Can you get sick? Absolutely.

I wonder if the general population accidentally leaves out food in the quantity and variety that posters here on TD do.
