Dems should be outraged, esp if they would’ve backed another candidate, as should others who considered running, but we know they won’t be. And since their strategy has been to keep KH on a controlled speech circuit as much as possible, with no media access, I’m thinking this was their bait and switch plan all along.

The Democrats can run their party however they want, but the fact remains the last 3 candidates were handpicked by the DNC. Their voters did not get to choose for themselves.

The only person who won a Democratic primary was Biden, so once he stepped aside their candidate was going to be someone who never won a primary....unless the Post is suggesting Hillary should have been installed.
I'm not defending Kamala, that's just a dumb headline.
I still think the Dems should have gone with a brokered convention. They're going to lose, anyway, but throwing Harris to the wolves while pretending everyone is excited about her is sad to watch.

Kamala is a media creation. Four years ago she never received a single vote in the first primary.....because she quit.
She didn't want to endure the embarrassment.
She has gone from the embarrassing cackling old auntie that you hide in a back room, like the Biden admin did, to this wonderful, smart, empathetic magical creature that will "save our democracy ".

I hate the democratic party but being honest they are making their smartest play for their party. Biden was leaving voluntarily, they were finally to push him out.
