He’ll be alright, they insurance. My ex in-laws kids were in their dad’s truck and put it in neutral and it smashed his house. They got it worked out and no one was hurt and no one was mad. People make mistakes. It’ll be okay.

Wait, what? She could very clearly see that he was okay. Why would she need to ask if he’s okay when he’s standing right there talking to her?
And I think when your delivery driver hits your car and your fricking HOUSE, you’re entitled to be a little aggravated or pissed off about it. It’ll it’s not like she went off on him or anything. She got his card and asked his supervisor to call her (I think). That’s more than reasonable.

She’s definitely a count, you can tell her attitude right away.
Dude was apologetic. He didn’t purposely floor it into her house, or do something reckless that caused a bunch of damage. It looks like if anything his truck malfunctioned. He lightly tapped into her house, and barely grazed her car. He works for FedEx, they’ve obviously got the money to cover her trailer house damage in full.
