Just found out my thanksgiving will be ruined

Wife and I split holidays with our family since neither of our family lives near us. So this year thanksgiving is with my parents and they decided to come to our house. Which is great no travel for me. Well wife came home today and said that her parents and 3 siblings with their spouses will be coming for thankgiving too and all will be staying with us. No Bueno. Already told her jokingly that I. Leaving for the week. Not sure if that was actually a joke

They could but my wife refuses to have family stay in a hotel. But whenever we go to family we always stay in a hotel.
