Do you have link to each Justice opinion that supports thier vote?

I am tired of the media telling me what it says...I do not trust, especially seeing FB post from left wingers "I am very worried wht happens if Trump wins"

Good lord- They have impeached teh man twice, keep in court all year long, found him guilty on 34 counts...for a 130k payments to hide an alledged affair and now they are worried about what Trump is going to do if he wins?

I need to read opinions for myself.

thx

Page 68 is the dimwit's dissent that sounds like she copied from the Daily Kos or retard DU imbecile asshats.

Biden at the President's podium read this and dissented with Sotomayor

(said like Obama Soto my your)

We have reached nearly rock bottom. Remember Biden has said he stays out of DOJ and the courts affairs... AS HE READS THE DISSENT and DISSENTS as POTUS.

I wish Alito,s opinion was part of the ruling, I would love to read his thoughts on the matter.

I haven't had an opportunity to read the whole thing. From my perspective though, it appears as if the status quo was upheld, conservatives are acting like upholding the status quo is a monumental win, and dims are acting like the SCOTUS burned the Constitution.

Is that about right?

Kagan isn't DEI. I think she's wrong on virtually every issue but she's smart-person wrong not dumbass wrong.

Yes. To conserve what has worked for almost 250 years is a win against these people.

apparently no one read it because the entirety of the American left thinks this means the president can murder his political opponents (rather than just throw them in jail).

Oh, I agree... but it shouldn't be. Maintaining the status quo should be guaranteed.

I want to see conservatives get some real wins that move a conservative agenda forward.

You know who we haven’t heard from on this?

Obama.

Know why?

Because he’s too busy breathing a huge fricking sigh of relief. That’s why.

Biden should be very happy with this ruiling. If not he would easily be criminally and finacially liable for wrongful deaths due to the Afghanistan withdrawl.

Yes.

But Thomas also gave Judge Cannon a good legal soliloquy (the literal sense of the word...Thomas' sole opinion) as a guide to declare Jack's counsel without a legal basis.

Not really. This opinion didn't really change anything in reality. Everyone already knew that POTUS had immunity for official acts, this is just the first time it became an issue at SCOTUS.

And civil immunity has been a thing already for a while.
