The most expensive condo sale in Nashville history and the most expensive per sq foot sale of a residence in Middle TN history, which is saying something. Old boy's doing very well.

quote:

A penthouse atop the Four Seasons Private Residences in Nashville, Tennessee, has sold for a record-setting $15 million.

The sale on Friday not only set a record for a condo sale in the Music City, but at about $3,794 per square foot, it also has set a price per square foot record for any residence in Middle Tennessee, according to listing agent Erin Krueger of Compass.

The penthouse, which found a buyer within a day of hitting the market earlier this month, was bought by Raising Cane’s founder, Todd Graves, 52, according to Bloomberg.

Why live on the 40th floor of some building when you could live in your own private secluded home? I didn't get the appeal of penthouses.

Some people don't want to be secluded. I would prefer to live in a city where I can walk to stuff than out in the country.

edit, fix typo.

If I had his money I’d have a secluded base camp and then own penthouses all over the country / world.

I doubt this is his full time place.

It's not his "home"...

I would imagine the penthouse is an expensive party pad in Nashville where he will go to have fun with his family, take friends, and host others that he/Cane's is looking to do business with so he can write the thing off.

It easier to have orgies at the top of the 4 seasons then a secluded estate. All the high end hookers or country stars have to do is push the up button
