Had a contract with a local firm that got acquired by another larger local firm and would like to make a move. I have a fairly new unit, just looking for someone to maintain annually and service when needed. Would prefer a smaller local entity.

I got a rec for RAM on this board, and they seem good so far.
More reasonable and far less "salesy" than your larger companies. Meaning, not saley at all...

Dayton Heating and Air, now located in Walker (used to be located in Baton Rouge).

i cant stand this business model. I used Accutemp for years until they adopted this model. Every time they visited I "needed" $1000 in surge capacitors

Accutemp and One Hour are rip off scam artists and should be ashamed of themselves.

I have used AAA for years. The tech's name is Dennis, and he has always been very good and helpful.

When I did an addition, the contractor used All-Star, and they were by far the cheapest. First time I ever had a contractor comeback and say "this is way under what i budgeted do you want to reduce the contract or upgrade something." Five years later and no issues with that unit.
