100% Hung Jury. That's my opinion but here's why.

The only play for the dems is a hung jury. A not guilty verdict shows the populace that this has been lawfare all along. A guilty verdict shows the populace the same thing.
Anyone with eyes can see that this case will get over turned on appeal, and Trumps lead over Biden has grown much wider since the trial started. Which indicates that people are starting to see what's actually going on here, so this is a lose lose for the left. Guilty, they are persecuting Trump. Not guilty, "we were right all along".
Also, when the judge declares the mistrial, the prosecution will immediately refile which will keep Trump off the campaign trail for another 2 months.
The best course of action for the dems is to avoid a verdict altogether. In fact it's their only play.

If hung they won’t refile. This allows them to keep it in press all election year. They got what they wanted but didn’t realize the pushback. Besides a retrial will never get such a crooked judge again. Bad yes, but not as crooked. With 1000% stacked against Trump this is their one and only shot.

Juries don’t work like that. They do whatever they decide to do. It’s a very personal process.

I think what they really want is more riots and chaos. A guilty verdict gives them best chances for uprising.

I believe he will be convicted and this trial (and the last) will be enough to honestly start it all. As people have said, both sides know this is an actual disgrace of a trial and the Judge should at minimum be disbarred. People are fed up, and it is widespread. I never thought I would see this country like this. This administration blatantly lies and cheats, they know we know, and they dont give a flying frick. Something is truly fixing to give I believe.

What if it's not though.
Our Tiger Droppings legal scholars are convinced the conviction would be overturned on appeal, the prosecutor disbarred and the judge removed from the bench.
The last time this board was so certain of a positive legal outcome, Derek Chauvin ended up convicted of murder and our Poli-board legal dream team was convinced that would be overturned on appeal too. The Minnesota Supreme Court, as well as the US Supreme Court wouldn't even hear the case.
So maybe, maybe not. We'll see what happens. Just imagine the melts though if he's convicted, and as bad as those melts would be, just imagine how they'll be dialed up to 11 if he lost on appeal.
Chicken would have to shut this board down.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the judge held a gun on the jurors until they wrote guilty. Not one bit.

Couldn’t care less about the melts but more concerned with the rioting that will ensue to give them more ammunition for “muh Jan 6 threatening democracy”, and that will win Biden the election.
