Just imagine if the electoral college wasnt so screwed up. Instead of winner takes all each state should be broken down like this:
- each congressional district is up for 1 EC vote
- state overall winner gets the 2 EC votes for senators.
This would create more competitive elections, no more only focusing on swing states and everyone's voice would matter. California/NY wouldnt go all blue and Texas and Bama wouldnt go all RED.
