I saw a bunch of pictures from a camera at my hunting lease. Some SOB looking up and taking pics of the sky, now I know why.

Holy crap. Did not know it was possible to ever see the Aurora this far south. These pics were taken on my cousins iPhone tonight in Birmingham, AL

Mind blown right now.

You can sight some Auroras with purple hair in Baton Rouge if you go look on Plank Road after dark too if anybody misses out.

Yep. In north AL it is slightly visible with the naked eye. The longer exposure pics show pretty good.

I couldn't help but to sing praises to The Creator even if I tried not to.

We are little itty bitty helpless insignificant, non-important things. We think we're not, but we are.

No greater than a mouse in the cupboard, we are.

[11] Greatness, power, splendor, glory, and majesty are yours, Lord, because everything in heaven and on earth is yours. The kingdom is yours, Lord, and you are honored as head of all things

Selah.

My backyard in N AL. There for a few minutes you were able to see the pillars without using the phone.
