Yep. It's my opinion that illegals will be housed in these buildings as the marxists look for a solution for their new "constituents">. There are some cities like NY or SF that will never get better due to people in power. Therefore, no business is going to buy or rent office space there.

Probably that DT that went to Oklahoma.

Pinnacle Bank of Texas bought it.

The architect who designed that should be shot.

It's the second large office sale loss in recent memory.
I'm just curious what these speculators are speculating about.
Redevelopment into a residential use is almost impossible; the plumbing doesn't exist.
AI server farms?

mortgage holder may have bought it back in.
mortgage could have been a lot higher and nobody bid because they knew how high the mortgagee was going to.

Ugly arse building.
Most modern buildings are ugly. One commenter about the riots said that protesters shouldn't be spray painting and defacing the beautiful old buildings on the Ivy League campuses. They should go downtown and deface the ugly modern buildings.

It looks like it belongs on Texas A&M's campus.

Probably a huge real estate investment corporation that was waiting like a vulture to feed.

The real cost of that building would be maintaining it and paying the property taxes. I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be to own that building unoccupied.

This is about to happen in more places than Fort Worth.
Grab your nuts guys.

Illegals are already used to no indoor plumbing, shouldn’t be a problem.

It looks like one of those toy skyscraper kits from the 70s.
