Caitlin will be the new LeBron on this board
A year from now you won’t even hear her name anymore. The further away from her college career it gets the less you’ll hear her name.
I remember hearing Diana taurasi’s name a lot when she was with UConn. Then she went to the black whole that is the WNBA.

What a genius you are

The Caitlin Clark hype is definitely real. Just for the heck of it, I decided to look up tickets for when she plays the Atlanta Dream. I figured it could be a cheap outing just for the heck of it. Maybe I could even take my niece who plays basketball.
Nope, both games are literally already sold out.

There's another coach of the WNBA (llynx?) bitching now that her team's preseason game wasn't on TV and Clark is getting preferential treatment.
Supply and demand dodo bird. These idiots think the rise in popularity of women's basketball is because of them and not the Caitlin Clark effect. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.

Hell, she could sit on the three point line and average 6 a game in the NBA.
Thanks for letting everyone know to not consider your opinion again lmao

This. I couldn't name 5 players that are in the wnba.
I can name 5 players in wbb for next year.

People all over social media claiming the woke WNBA is now racist because Clark's debut was televised but Angel Reese's debut was not.
Why would I watch her?
She going to catch a rebound flat footed and then pseudo-hop a layup?
Someone post her best highlights. Yawn.
It’s not about the person, it’s about the wow factor for the casual fan.
Few casual fans will watch a 1-0 soccer game or a 1-0 baseball game. That is for the purists.

Nevermind Clark's game was packed with fans and Angel Reese drew some family members, a lesbian couple and the hot dog guy.
Y'all say dumb shite just to say it.
Someone live streamed the Sky game and it had more than 500,000 viewers watching from Twitter.
Why wouldn't the wnba televise a game that featured two post players who have been foes since HS and are now on the same team.... When the wnba has been struggling for viewership since it's inception.

I like Clark, but come on man. She might score 6 points the entire season.

WNBA getting more attention than ever, and these stupid women are turning on Clark en mass. They prefer jealousy and pettiness to the growth and success of their own league. Typical “women being women.”

It’s not even a woman thing it’s a black/white thing

Diana Taursi's team that nobody watches tweeted out more jealous hate at Caitlin Clark.
I tell you, this league is run by morons who are so emotionally jealous they'll look a gift horse in the mouth.

I think it’s both, and it’s a recipe for cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Our Black brothers and sisters continue to be emotionally wrecked by the phenomenon that is Caitlin Clark 22

She’d get cooked defensively so she could never play, but NBA players who play with great creators like Luka, Brunson, etc. get a lot of open 3 point looks.

I'm not going to watch the WNBA but if a white girl from the Midwest pisses off a bunch of man hating hyper jealous lesbian ball players then GOOD!

That’s because they’re extremely athletic 6’6” men with high release points, arched shots and the strength to run through multiple screens and defenders to get to those open spots. Caitlin Clark would never be open, and if by some accident she were she would need SO MUCH room between her and the nearest close out defender to get the shot off that it wouldn’t matter much. Any defender moving towards her within 10 feet at the moment she caught the ball would be able to block the shot.
