the Wire is a really good choice. i like almost every single character, even the ones you arent supposed to like.
Friday Night Lights is a big one for me. Coach Taylor, Mrs Taylor, Landry, Riggins, Smash, Saracen, Buddy Garrity, Vince, even some of the smaller characters like Billy Riggins and Luke Cafferty. Tyra and Lyla are mostly likeable too.
Jason Street and Julie Taylor can both F right off though.

I liked most if not all of the characters on Modern Family

Bob's Burgers
My Name Is Earl. Especially considering how the main characters start out as complete pos trailer park white trash.
The Good Place
Brooklyn 99
We watched through the series and started to hate a lot of the characters, especially Mitch and Manny. Mitchell is a selfish POS and Manny is a creep from start to finish.

I think Chuck is definitely up there. Nearly the entire ensemble is likable, making it great rewatch. I’m mean, who doesn’t fricking love Jeffster?
Great pick coming out of the gates. Love Chuck and did a rewatch a few years back.
One of mine is currently still running - Resident Alien
Brooklyn 99 is up there as well...along with Cheers, Arrested Development and My Name is Earl. Not saying I would actually like these people in real person...

I'd rather watch entire episodes dedicated to Mitchell and Manny than watch 5 minutes of Lily.

Other than Jamm, I’m not rooting against anybody in the finale.
Leslie Nope was horrible and so was her nerd boyfriend and his boss. At least Jamm was funny. Now that Adam Scott reminded me, I'll go with Party Down (yes even Roman) and Arrested Development.

Parks and Rec.
Would be a good answer except for Jean Ralphio being one of the worst characters in sitcom history

But not Aunt Bee.
Someone needed to slap her.
Watch it or Barney will make eat some of those kerosene cucumbers of hers.

He's the cousin Arnold of modern TV.

Taxi.
They meant for Louie to counteract everyone else being likable, but they even made him likable by the end.

I nominate Twin Peaks, its' definitely got a high percentage of the total cast that is likeable to me. First off, the entire sheriff's department(Harry, Andy, Hawk, Lucy) is filled with likeable people, each in a unique way.
Then of course, Special Agent Dale Cooper, he's the most likeable one of all, by design. There's Pete Martell, Big Ed, Norma, Shelly, Audrey, Doc Hayward. I've probably forgotten a few, but that's most of them, hell I even like Benjamin Horn's skeezy little brother played by David Patrick Kelly, probably because it's David Patrick Kelly and he's just likeable in a "he has a punchable face" kinda way.
There's very few fence riders on Twin Peaks, I feel that all of the main cast are characters I strongly like or strongly dislike. The only characters I'm ambivalent about are minor parts.

Andy Griffith, the black and white episodes.
One of my favorites when a kid growing up watching them as they aired for the first time, and now as a senior having seen all the episodes several times each over the years.
The biggest oddity about that show was how they used the character actor Allan Melvin as often as they did in so many different roles. Over the years he played eight different characters on the show.
And yeah, I too found Aunt Bee to be somewhat annoying with that high pitched, squeaky voice.
