Interesting that the NY court reversed this ruling, while probably legally appropriate thing to do considering some of the Judges rulings. It will be interesting to see if Donal Trump gets some of the same treatment, considering the Bias rulings from the 3 court cases he has had/is having in NY.

Contrast this with how fake rape allegations against a former POTUS are going in NY.

It disturbs me that our system’s fundamental rules of a criminal trial have so much gray area that even a panel of 7 appellate judges make a decision on a 4-3 split.

I'm sure Weinstein ran an active casting couch, but that seems more like soliciting prostitution with rich career rewards than a case of rape.
