The best accent I've heard came out of the mouth of a cute girl from Starkville.

Latina ladies whose families have been here a bit. They speak English very well, but the accent is there.
Southie Boston if you are into the rough stuff. You will definitely get a finger in the butt.

This has nothing to do with the Most Appealing accent request but is too funny not to share.
The wife and I went to Boston for a trip out onto the cape not too long ago. We landed at Logan and went to the rent a car stand. There was a black guy manning the counter and when I walked up, his mouth opened and an exact copy of the voice of Cliff Clavin, the Mailman on Cheers came out of his mouth.
I choked, trying to not laugh. The wife, who immediately knew what my problem was, just turned and walked away from the counter as I attempted to talk to the guy without laughing.
He was very helpful for a rent-a-car guy who sounded and talked exactly like Cliff. Gave me a pretty good map to use on our trip out to Hyannis Port car, too.
The wife has a nice vintage 1960s cheerleader accent that I like a lot.

East Tennessee accent has a lot in common with South Georgia accent, especially with the "ites" and "ights"

“Black Belt” Alabama, old school refined accent.,
Pretty much the same as above. We’re mostly from Virginia, Charleston, Savannah. When they opened this area up for westward expansion, their sons hurried here to claim land due to the rich, fertile soil. Brought the. culture and accents.
Most of the women now have lost it, but every grandmother that I knew coming up sounded exactly like this. A few propa Belles still left in the area though and smoking hot, especially with that accent.
“Your fatha is down at the Rivah Fom filling up tha deer feedas. We have hunta’s coming in from out a state”
Authentic, educated, old southern accent.
