No one should be able to prevent another from travel. If I am correct, if you are preventing someone from moving you can be charged with criminal restraint, false imprisonment, or even worse, kidnapping.

The group as a whole has to pay for repairs to vehicles that pancake participants. Throw in some pain and suffering to cover the trauma of having you vehicle in a body shop.

How I wish we could bring back the stackades. Throwing rotten eggs, vegetables and fruit at the "villains" would be awesome.

Life sentence if someone dies because emergency services can’t get to them in time or they are stuck in traffic and cannot get to a hospital.
I think the public should be able to beat the hell out of them without consequences from law enforcement.
