WTF is this gobbledy asian? Did you learn that at a marriage retreat?
It’s actually biblical.
“Life and death is in the power of the tongue - Povervbs 18-21”
If your point is that it sounds “woo-woo”, try this: “Don’t talk to the woman you pledged to spend the rest of your life with like you want her to meet you at Sonic. In fact, doing the extreme opposite of this will help your marriage”.

She sure does, and then some.

I've been married for a very long time and have a stronger marriage than anyone I know.
That just sounds like psycho-babble.

After 30 years, many things are completely different, many things are the same.
I enjoy being a nice and pleasant person. I leaned that most women just absolutely can not handle someone that has these qualities. At some point they try to stir up some nonsense, out of boredom I guess.
My tolerance for "drama" is so infinitesimal it can't be measured by modern science.
My wife was the first girl I ever dated that just kept getting 'nicer' to me as we went along. My wife doesn't do drama. That is the same.
On the other hand, my wife was just insane and loved to go "out" and party, etc. We became Christians like 30 years ago and she left that all behind. It was fun for a season but no longer.

Just like it's said above. The qualities that I fell in love with are still there, but she's grown as a person too. She's way more laid back, and a lot easier to communicate with.

25 Years this year and she is even better now than 25 years ago.
I am a blessed man in terms of the caliber of wife I have.

After 20 years I still chase her like a she is the only woman alive. I text her multiple times daily how fine she is to me and grab her butt and tits as many time as the day allows. She in turn has taken great care of her skin, body and hair.
Thanks.
Tell her "Hi" from the gang.

She's pretty much the same, which is a good thing.

33 years coming up in June.
After all these years, even now she has that one primary attractive quality: she can still stand to be married to me.

Then you probably agree with him.
Is the issue that you just don’t like the way he said it?

She's still tolerating my shite...... seems to be an admirable quality, that perseverance alone appears worthy of true respect

38 years and yes. She is even better
Posted on 4/15/24 at 12:04 pm to Scientific73
Yes, I've only been married 4 years, but she's my better half and a lot better person than me.

Mine has become more paranoid over time

Better! 20 years together. She gets more beautiful as she getting older. Still in shape and kids are grown. She’s can run yo-yos or stop the room when dressed up.

Been married nearly 13 years. Honestly, seeing how great of a mother she is makes me love her even more than I had before children.
