Nope. Voting for the person that can win and most closely aligns with my views (even if they aren’t perfectly aligned) is pragmatic. You require completely aligned views to get your vote. THAT, my friend, is tribalism. You’re engaging in some good old fashioned projection

Not at all, and that's part of the problem. You behave as if everyone who doesn't join your tribe must be supporting the other tribe. There's a term for that, but it's escaping me right now...

So I should actively approve of the person who is trying to turn my party against me?
No. I call out Trump for his bullshite all the time.
I also know that not voting for him is going against my own best interests as I definitely do not want a dem in the WH.
You like to talk about congress. If the dems control congress, even though your principled self voted Christian conservative, and there is a dem in the WH they will pass a nationwide law.
You can only vote for one rep.
The Presidency is so much more important I can't believe I even have to say this.

I can hold my nose and vote for Trump. I could never do the same for Kari Abrams

Arizona voters are about to vote on a constitutional amendment protecting access to abortion. We’ll see.

It's the evil that are always calling others evil. It helps them to feel like they are not guilty.

Re-read what I wrote. The point went waaaay over your head.
You’re using a new shiny word like Crazy Roger does when he learns a new economics term. Whether it’s applicable or not.

You point wasn't accurate, as I pointed out.

Nope. I've been using the term here for years. It only seems new to you because your behavior is new to you.

Nope. You just completely missed it. It surprised me honestly. It wasn’t all that complicated.

Yikes. That doesn’t speak well for your understanding of it, then. no biggie.

I thought it was new because I didn’t think you would be using a term incorrectly for years.

Hey, question: do you think it really matters who wins? It seems like as a country, we’ve committed to this reckless spending trajectory that we’re seeing through no matter who is in office. I don’t see how my life would be significantly different if Trump would have won again or even if Hillary would have won shudder
Kinda seems like a waste of energy to get invested in presidential elections.

For the issue of abortion, I absolutely do.
Posted on 4/9/24 at 8:08 pm to BBONDS25
Even now? The Supreme Court isn’t going to hear another abortion case anytime soon.
What about other issues?
What about other issues?

I assure you this isn't the case.

We have this thing called “the electoral college” in this country. You should google it.

Don't need to google it.

BREAKING: @KariLake
announces in a statement that she opposes the Arizona Supreme Court decision affirming that the state must enforce a ban on most abortions.
"I wholeheartedly agree with President Trump: this is a very personal issue that should be determined by each individual state and he people. I oppose today's ruling, and I am calling on Katie Hobbs and the State Legislature to come up with an immediate common sense solution that Arizonans can support."
Doesn't the first paragraph contradict the second? She's opposing the ARIZONA Supreme Court's affirmation of a statewide abortion ban, then says abortion should be left up to the states.
