So, you’re just a very weak and confused “legal scholar”

I'm not weighing in on what would or would not be upheld by the Court. But the idea that federal abortion legislation is inherently unconstitutional is pretty hard to reconcile with *gestures at a huge body of existing federal law*

Kari Lake has always been a piece of shite. Some people on here were saying she “standed against deep state media propaganda”. No she just interrupted every reporter in every interview non stop. When she would expound, she just copied everyone else’s stances.

Look up tacit. There are only two candidates that can win. Withholding a vote for the one that most aligns with your views is a tacit vote for the other. Not difficult stuff.

So I should actively approve of the person who is trying to turn my party against me?

Tribalism is for retards, and that usually doesn't include you.

Kemp is the way. I’ve said that since Iowa prior to Ron dropping out.

Pragmatism isn’t tribalism. You should know that.

Tribalism is tribalism.

Correct. That isn’t what is happening here. Take your ball and go home, though. Seems reasonable.

He knows he can't win being for a nationwide abortion ban.

I disagree with anyone who doesn't vote as much as I disagree with tribalists.

Sometimes you have to stretch the truth.

See: Obama.

You can vote for ONE rep and two senators at most.

A fart in a hurricane compared to having the WH.

Nope. Voting for the person that can win and most closely aligns with my views (even if they aren’t perfectly aligned) is pragmatic. You require completely aligned views to get your vote. THAT, my friend, is tribalism. You’re engaging in some good old fashioned projection.

I'd think at a minimum you would want to make sure the party that wants to make abortion legal, up to birth, the law of the land didn't get into power.
