Abortion has to be a State right issue. It is not ever mentioned in the U S Constitution. Therefore, it is and always has been a State right issue.

They overturned a previous ruling.
There was no ruling on what would happen if a federal provision was passed.
The fact that you don’t support candidates advocating for a federal mandate means you sacrifice babies in California for votes.
