The longer Jpow delays the first rate cut, … the more downward pressure the USD puts on other currencies, specifically the yuan.

Illegals, according to the Social Security site, are issued cards for employment purposes, so yes they are being added to job numbers, which totally skews the picture, by adding them to the existing workforce is akin to adding to the numerator while not touching the denominator.
The other thing to consider keeping inflation higher is all the money from covid and build back better.
Did you guys realize there are 360 billion dollars for states and localities to use for covid that they still have not spent??? Im sure there are billions more from other covid funds, and probably trillions that have not been squandered yet on build back better.
In other words we are just borrowing money to buy gdp growth, and paying 100s of billions in interest quarterly to do it. And as that money continues to be dropped in the economy, inflation will be high.....until we slide into deflation when its all spent.
