The A's are moving to Sacramento from 2025-27, with an option to play there a 4th year, according to an announcement. They're planning to be done in Oakland after this season, their 57th in the city.

They had me at Sacramento. Those fans are nuts about the Kings.

It's for the best they are getting out of toxic Oakland
This season gonna be a joke for the A's and the fans will surely let them hear about it if they even go at all
Oakland might as well start giving tickets away for free this season and it's gonna be dominated by opposing fans

Watch then outdraw Miami and Tampa Bay. Maybe together.

What a shite show of an organization.

Keep in mind this is fricking Oakland.
The Raiders bailed on the city. TWICE.

Based on the exodus of other teams, Oakland seems to be the problem.

It is, but people can't hold attention that long. Now it's the evil team instead of the socioeconomic black hole.

That's how bad Oakland is. Desperate times, call for desperate measures. Just like In N' Out Burger (a California cash-cow) fleeing Oakland.

The fans haven’t been coming for like 20+ years

Don’t blame them at all. I was in Oakland 3 weeks ago and it is a terrible place.

I know ownership sucks, but yea I have a hard time feeling bad for these fans. They weren't even really going out in the 2010's when they fielded 5 playoff teams.
Honestly, feels like a separation that needed to happen and it's just a messy public shite show because the billionaire is being a typical billionaire scumbag. No clean way to move a team from a city though I guess.

I couldn't imagine working my arse off my entire life, making it to the Show, and then my home stadium is a goddamn minor league stadium with a max capacity of 14K
