LeBron James’ son Bronny has certainly had a unique first year as a college student at USC being the child of one of the best basketball players of all time.
However, the younger James will reportedly be taking a step that has become quite common among college athletes.
On Tuesday, veteran basketball reporter Dick Weiss first reported that Bronny James is entering the transfer portal.
USC freshman guard Bronny James is entering the transfer portal good for him.
Needs to get away from the Hollywood hype.
Listed by USC at 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds, Bronny James appeared in 25 games as a freshman with six starts and averaged 4.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in 19.6 minutes per game.

There's gonna be college coaches and/or NBA scouts standing in line from coast to coast BEGGING to have the services of someone who averages 4.8 PPG.

I know Bronny dealt with a major cardiac event, but not finding meaningful playing time on a poor USC team is indicative of where his talent level currently is

The G league would have been best place for him but that's gone now
He needs to go to a school that will give him the green light to pacify Lebron

Averaging 5, 3, and 2 as a true freshman isn’t outright awful. He’ll probably be a really good college player as an upperclassman. Just a matter of if he’s worth the circus

Needs to go to Indiana State

I'd bet he goes to Duquesne.

Why would you want him to go to Ohio State?

People are talking about his younger brother, Bryce being better than him but Bryce is currently ranked outside of the top 100 on all the major recruiting websites. The likelihood of Bron playing in the NBA with one of his sons is looking bleaker by the day which is why he’s been talking a lot about retirement recently.

But I thought lebron said he was gonna get drafted?

Dude should stay in college somewhere for 4 years.
Cause I see two outcomes:
1) play in college for 4 years and have fun but never make NBA
2) stay in college 4 years and get better and make the NBA.
Money isn’t a problem so I would just enjoy playing somewhere and making friends.

Very possible. Lebron's good high school friend takes over as HC after the old coach, who was Lebron's HC in high school retired at the end of the season.

This is true lol. I could get the 15th roster spot on an nba team if I had the right nepotism plug. Bronny could get on a roster
