I didn't watch a minute this season, but I'm amazed at the people bitching about the defending national champions who just went to the elite 8. LSU "fans"

They went farther than I really thought they could with no point guard and no bench. They gave it all they had.

They dug deep this year playing a lot of games with 6 or 7. Nothing to be ashamed of. Ran into a generational talent. We are going to be very good again next year. FlauJae, MKW, Morrow, and hopefully a few others will provide a lot of scoring.

Absolutely. They played their asses off, shorthanded. Happened to run into the NCAA women’s goat. You win some you lose some.
If everybody comes back that can come back and we find a point guard and a beast in the paint we’ll be favored to win it all again next year.

I'm proud what they have done this year and how hard they and Coach Mulkey have worked. These hit stories that came out would probably have caused a lesser team to fold up, but they drew closer and became stronger. They simply ran into a great team with a fantastic player who had a unbelievable night.

Kim has built a power program in Women's BB. We are gonna be in the top ten from here on out. That's waaaaayyyy better than what it's been for a long time.

Definitely. We lost key depth from injury and quitters. Played 7 vs teams 9/10 all year long

Congrats to our Tigers on a fantastic season where they played together and found ways to win with little depth. As you said, Mulkey will always be in the discussion. Hope she can find the pieces needed to give us that something we were missing this season and some depth. Van Lith played her tail off but just didn’t seem to consistently find her groove this season. If she does return, I hope the next iteration of our offense is a better fit for her skills.
