I feel great for you to be able to do that. What I make is irrelevant. I would be the same whether I have $100 or $1 million. You bashing me because I say money can cause problems is stupid. Because it does.
No, what you make is 100% relative. I don’t give a frick you’re a middle aged divorcee.

The job that i am looking for is with the state but the pay is not as much as my current job but the benefits are amazing

Money can't buy you love or happiness.
But it can damn sure help.

Dude… you know nothing about me…. But money does not control me the way it dies you….
Posted on 4/1/24 at 7:16 pm to dukke v
And you know nothing about me, but money controls me? if you want to live a modest life go for it. Stop projecting your personal experience on others. You clearly won’t answer the question because you either make shite money, and or you do nothing with your money to help others. You just sit there and sky scream about inanimate objects being evil.

Well, I know this:

I’ll post whatever I want dude… and share whatever I want.. I am fine money wise. And always will be. Do you donate to charities???? Probably too selfish… seems like you drank some EGO juice this morning… trust me. You are not that important…

thats a good philosophy if it suits you, but years of misery to achieve your passionate goal is not worth it in my opinion
Oh come on. This is classic American softness.
“Misery” Buddy, you’re working a 9-5 job in a corporate office I assume? You want to call that misery then you’ve lived a very sheltered life. No job or your own personal business is full of sunshine and roses.
There’s always shite you won’t like doing. Toughen up, Sally

In French, the word for happy is Content.
Satisfied with what you have in your relationships is probably about as happy or content as I get.
I don’t trophy travel or try to keep up with the Jones’s ever.
Work is so named because someone has to pay you to do it.
I work for money.
I do not work for free.
I am working toward freedom.
Time is running out. I’d rather be off than work. As I get ready to retire, I am burning every minute of paid leave I have. They keep saying, “you could just cash in your leave when you retire.”
Time is worth more than money at this juncture for me. Time off helps me be content.

More deflection. She must’ve really fricked you over in the divorce. As a matter of fact we donate a lot annually I never said I was important, you’re just a pathetic middle aged bitch that needs to be called out.

Smart man. Sunday was the first day I’ve gotten to drive it in months. The wife loves it too much and it’s her daily.

Money made me happy.
Now I'm retired with a hot wife, three grown kids who are not dumbasses, no debt, and set for life. No worries at all. Life is great.
