I mean Barry is for all intents and purposes in his 3rd term right now so might as well drop the charade if there’s a lot of “grave concern” at this point.

What difference does it make is President Obama is on Air Force One? There are plenty of people besides the current President on any given flight.
There are a couple hundred Air Force officers on Andrews most of whom are Republicans. If there was something odd going on with O we would hear about it.
