so then you support her prosecution for purgery?

Sure. That has nothing to do with this motion/ruling, though.

A lot of y'all have a major issue listening to grifters feeding the echo chamber and misunderstanding limitations of individual cases (or the rules of evidence within those cases).

I am 100% for a full investigation (and prosecution if the investigation is fruitful) for all of her bullshite that was on display. Wade too. It's likely going to happen at some point in the future.

If Nathan Wade goes, why can Fani Willis stay? McAfee doesn't give an answer.

He does and I posted it in the other thread.

Sure a DA that lies under oath has no bearing on any other case she brings forth, it's just exclusive to this case and only this case.

fricking clown.

"However, the established record now highlights a significant appearance of impropriety that infects the current structure of the prosecution team – an appearance that must be removed through the State’s selection of one of two options," he wrote, adding that Willis and her whole office can choose to step aside, or Wade can withdraw from the case.

This is why Fani and Nathan need to go.

You're ignoring what he's saying because you just want to be mad/righteous and don't want anyone to stand in the way of your rage.

You idiots are just the right's version of Tik Tok culture. Short attention spans, style but no substance, etc.

Just because you say something you feel is in "good faith" doesn't make it correct and doesn't force me to answer in a way you want. I suggest when you say dumb arse shite expect to be called a dumb arse.
The fact that a DA lied under oath is lost on you and undermines the faith in the justice system. I for one, would appeal my case today if that POS lying DA convicted me of anything, there is reasonable doubt she lied in every case.

Robin Yeartie is relegated to one sentence. One sentence!

McAfee says Yeartie's testimony "lacked context and detail."

But this isn't true. Yeartie provided context and detail: observations of the romance, admissions from Fani Willis, etc.

All purposefully ignored.

What did I say that was incorrect?

Where did I say that?

Oh I see, I am not here to support your ego. the fact of this case you seem to ignore is she lied under oath. Period.
Again every person in jail in that county needs to appeal today.

What about her committing perjury? Seems like that would be sufficient for disbarment thus removed.

How am I ignoring that by stating this?

I'm curious how you define "ignore".

Do black women in power usually look scared?

Say what you will about women like Fani, they don't usually get there by being thin skinned or from self-doubt.

Scared? No. Incompetent? Let’s ask Marilyn Mosby.

They tend to do really dumb things. Fani is going to jail. - eventually

Sfp doesn't like when I call our legal system trash even when overwhelming evidence points to that fact.

And then claims to be the reasoned adult in the room.

It's why no one takes him seriously.
