At least in Louisiana any person in existence can file a bar complaint against any state licensed attorney. I may file one against slo tomorrow on basis of bringing ill repute on our otherwise honorable profession.

Take it easy slo I’m just joshing.

. Who would have put the Fani Bar Complaint together?

Typically, anyone can file a bar complaint.

Obviously not Judge Scott"Appearance"McAfee.

I read the disciplinary reports every month and when a judge observes potentially disciplinary issues, typically he/she advises the parties that there are potential ethical issues but the judge doesn't typically file the complaint.

I think they're trained to do this at judge's college.

The district attorney in McLaughlin was “absolutely disqualified” due to a personal interest in the prosecution.

Does anyone on the planet believe that Fani DOESN'T have a personal interest in persecuting Trump??

That's not the standard. That would make all prosecutors unable to prosecute any crime.

We all know that her interest has a special quality beyond the typical personal interest generated from professionalism.

No, she loses, this was a perfect ruling, the judge left a liar in power, to prosecute, a woman no one can trust so now Trump can appeal this ruling, the trial never gets to court by the election.

Phat Fani will probably resign via pressure from Wash. Any judgment will more than likely be overturned via her malfeasance.
