Spider Man from the late 60's. That and Speed Racer were what I lived for as a kid. Watched on a UHF station out of Atlanta, WTCG channel 17. Better known a few years later as SuperStation TBS.
Not cartoons but I liked watching Ultraman and The Banana Splits on the old Super Station.

#1 The GOAT, which was in actuality only a one season PRIME TIME show that I would not remember as it came out the year I was born, but lived on in Saturday morning reruns and THEN afternoon syndication for the next 15 years or so:
Still one of the most awesome shows ever made.
And all of the sequels, remakes, etc. with Hard Rock, Quest World and all that are just garbage.
#2: Only shown in my lifetime in syndication, a Japanese cartoon import much in the same vein as Jonny Quest but using car racing as a basis for international travel, intrigue, gunplay, amazing devices and secret agent/spies/criminals:
3. EVERY or ANY Hanna-Barbera cartoon action show from the mid to late 1960s. And there were a lot of them:

Bugs Bunny and the Loony Tunes group were good and had a political slant for that time...
One of my favorites was Marvin the Martian...
Jonny Quest...of course...
Jade was hot...

Looney Tunes will always be my absolute favorite.
But as for 80's/early 90's cartoons, it's TMNT and Thundercats.

Elementary school: xmen, the wwf cartoon, he-man, dinosaucers, BTAS
Middle school: Animaniacs, freakazoid, ren & Stimpy.
High school: Southpark, Beavis & Butthead.
Of those... xmen wins.
I was/am a comics nerd and I didn't appreciate batman as much back then. Wolverine and gambit were my dudes.

I really think this should the next bracket for MTV.
So much awesome stuff we watched. I know I would have difficult choices. Speed Racer vs Jonny Quest vs Scooby Doo, etc.

Always and forever will be Charlie Brown(Peanuts) Holiday Specials but...
Transformers on Saturday mornings.
The real question is if you have watched your favorites as an adult? He-Man is fricked up, the Smurfs are on some different shite, don’t even understand Thundercatz.
