Again, a talking point that only dullards believed.

If you're not willing to decrease spending in our biggest welfare program, then you're not a serious person with respect to the deficit/debt.

because this whole thread is a straw man argument that’s supposed to be some kind of gotcha for Trump voters. There never was a choice of some fictional candidate that had the magic wand to solve all of our fiscal problems with the undivided support and love of RINO and Dem congressmen. Like it or not there are two options. Trump or Biden. One is better than the other when it comes to domestic policy and that’s it. Full stop.

I don’t like the Chiefs and I don’t like the 49ers. But one of them was going to win the Superbowl, whether I watched it or not.

If this whole thread is some kind of gotcha to point out Trump isn’t a Buckley conservative

That's a terrible phrasing. The thread is about 2 points

1. Trump supports leftist economics, like Obama and Biden.

2. Anyone trying to lump the effects of Covid-era spending solely on Biden is tattooing "partisan NPC" on their forehead.

You know damn well that no one is getting elected making that the focus of their campaign. I mean someone can try to work on it after getting in office, but they aren’t going to win any elections with that as a primary issue.

I love how you show you don't know what a straw man is by incorrectly labeling this thread a straw man and then, basically, replying with one

This thread is not about choice. Responding in that way is a digression at best and a straw man at worst.

You're making Rog's arguments for him.

Trump has literally stated he plans on doing the opposite of what I said. I posted a quote from his campaign website about it in my OP.

We have 4 years to examine.

It's both.

Welfare programs are prone to government expansion and abuse? Shocking revelation.

No it's not. It's management. There are ways to end SS. But it requires the return of all money taken in and the interest that should have been.

Second, where were you when they started taking money out and why did you not stand up and start a movement to remove those politicians?

Those of you in this thread are simply after one person over the ills by 1000s involved in this over decades of abuse.

When we'll be paying them SS for 20-ish years, that's not as relevant as you're trying to make it out to be.

The hell you say. It's decades worth of interest too. And without globalism, those funds and interest would be higher.

The federal gov has taken money out, started taxing the money paid out, reduced benefits...etc. That should piss you off.

There is no competitor to the USD and your very own argument displays this.
Irrelevant. A widget is made in Britain for £100. It use to sell in the US for $170. If the dollar devalues or depreciates d/t to expanded M2 vs economic output, the British widget will suddenly cost $200. If the value of the dollar appreciates, the widget will drop in price to $150.

Reserve currency status is a different issue.

It highlights how democratic systems fail in several ways. Honesty is not rewarded, and the people will never back off of fatal trajectories as long as their needs are met today.

Bread and circuses.

LOL! WRONG! There was no MAGA during FDR... nor during Reagan, bush...etc.

Love that you are trying to pin decades of issues on it. Clearly it was an accident that you left off the GOPE.

Facade still falling off.
