Gummies are the way to go. Start small at 5-10mgs. Do not give her more if she says she doesn’t feel it. Let it ride out for at least 6 hours before you give her more.
Indica will get her asleep quicker and maybe even a little bit of an appetite. I was where you were 18 months ago with my dad. There isn’t much you can do unfortunately but be there and comfort her. Probably one of the worst experiences of my life and I’m sorry you have to go through this.

Ok, I’m wondering if we should get her a few different things to try.
The dispensary in MS is kinda hard to follow with how they label things. I was looking for something called AC/DC after google said it was a good choice but they don’t have anything like that.

The thc potency is listed. There is an app called leafly that lists all strains and user reviews.
Anything that ends in Kush and has thc between 21 and 23 should be good. But there are plenty of others.

As others have said, just talk to the people in the dispensary. Tell them about your mother and what type of effects you're looking for. Go with their recommendations.

Try something with an 8:1 or higher, cbd to thc ratio. The higher cbd percentage seems to negate the “high” from the thc.

We used to call it "Ernie Shavers"

I would lean toward and indicate that also has a certain %of cbd.
They should be able to lead her to the right one at the dispensary.
Something that is anti inflammatory, will help with sleep, pain, and increase appetite.

Dude’s mom is dying, and you decide to be a prick.
Did you wake up this morning and decide to be a prick, or are you always a prick?
OP, hope you find something to help your mom.

Definitely talk with someone at the dispensary. They will have recommendations, not just for specific strains, but also the method of delivery that will work best for your mom, like a tincture or something. I’m so sorry she is suffering.

Exercise and weight loss.

Without getting high l, try CBD oils, gummies etc.
THC side, stick with Indica strains, they will help with pain, relax and help her with sleep.
Best of luck

Indica
Anything with the name Gorilla or Glue in the name, specifically Gorilla Glue.
Grape Ape is very nice, not too heady, all smiles for hours.
Sativa strains are fantastic but def give you some euphoria, so you’d want to stay in the Indica/Hybrid area.
Solid Hybrids are Girl Scout Cookies, OG Kush, any Diesel, and the famous Pineapple Express, which I just smoked a minute ago.
Sorry to hear for your situation, I hope she finds comfort.

The have special strains high in CBD with less of the psychoactive THC in them. This is what she should be looking for, if she's smoking or vaping. They have brands that specialize in cultivating weed just for pain, but pretty much any flower or anything she smokes is going to have some THC in it, making it psychoactive.
I'd recommend get her some good CBD gummies. Not the cheap kind you find in gas stations or smoke shops. The good kind put out by legit companies you'll find in medical shops (or even retail out here).
My mom has severe scoliosis and will have to have surgery on her spine with the next couple of years. She's in constant pain. When it's really bad, she takes a CBD gummy and she says it's the best sleep she's able to get and the pain relief still carries over in to the morning.
Sorry to hear that about your mom teech.

Weed in itself will help a bit with the pain, sleep, nausea. But I would recommend the Kratom shots VivaZen for the real pain if she doesnt want to take pain meds.
Its just as affective and last longer than Percs or Hydrocodone.
It will also help with sleep

As others have said talk to the dispensary. These days they have specific strains made for cancer patients and the symptoms they typically deal with.
Is she in hospice at this point? My Mom used an indica strain for awhile but once she really went downhill it wasn’t enough to manage the pain. You’ll just want to keep an eye on that as things progress.
I’m sorry you guys are going through this. Sending some love and light your way.
