So there was no reason for the beast to hide e-mails or evidence because they are above the law... and thought their put Trump in jail by any means order would push through with an angry racist black woman.

There was also a call made from DC to Fani telling her that she must indict Trump that Monday. That call will certainly become a focal point of the defense lawyers in their pursuit of exposing the corruption behind the indictment and prosecution.

Under what statute or Judicial Codeprovision does that affect Willis’s prosecution of Trump? I don’t see it from a legal standpoint, even if she is sleazy.

To avoid the appearance of impropriety, he had to be gone by the time the sun came up. When she testified that he never once visited her place in Eagle's Landing, she lied under oath. She didn't know the Trump lawyers had his cell phone location records. It that sense, it's a pretty big deal and will likely end her legal career, in a just world. But there's nothing there to justify the judge throwing out the case. The case itself is enough for the judge to throw it out, imo, but this skeeziness and corruption internal to Fulton County does not. It would be the same if a judge threw out a murder case because the DA was sleeping with another prosecutor.

I don’t think that he has the option to dismiss, but he certainly has the option to recuse the Fulton County DA’s office.
If Fani is so nervous that’s she’s perjuring herself about partyshacking - what else is she lying about.
Plus I do no criminal work, but I think a case is sj to dismissal for prosecutorial misconduct

You do realize that they also have previously undisclosed records of the prosecution meeting with the Biden regime, right? This is more than just Willis hiring her lover and lying about it.
