Doing all one can does not imply competence, it implies doing all you can...all you are capable of. I do not doubt the inefficiencies of US government efforts to fight such attacks, the effectiveness is questionable at best. If I were playing linebacker for the Falcons I would do all I could...it would be completely ineffective.

It is beyond the realm of imagination to see and hear "conservatives" extolling the virtues of Putin. It stems in part due to the myth that Russia does not "suffer" from ethnic and cultural diversity like the United States. No matter that the two nations are pretty close to identical in terms of ethnic and cultural diversity those on the right who all of a sudden love them some Putin are convinced that there is only one ethnic group in Russia and one culture. The same is true of most of "all white Scandinavian and northern European countries". The right love the misguided myth that the lack of diversity in such places is a source of strength for such places. It may well be, we will never know because they are as diverse or more so than the US.

Yep. And I seriously doubt they're coming here to build a new railroad.
Chinese citizens are under an obligation of loyalty to the CCP, no matter where on earth they reside. That would include committing acts that help further the interests of the party.
