Appeal on dozen or more issues
Chief one being that in civil cases the plaintiff MUST show that damages were incurred by a third party.
Which clearly and even undisputed by the plantiff that did not occur.
Seen several idiotic comparisons on this board to speeding and duis, prostitution etc (I.e victimless crimes)

Cheese, if there was any fraud it was towards the banks that made the loans, who all had the chance to do their own appraisals and who said they didn’t suffer any damages or have any issues with the valuation.
Only deranged political hacks see this as anything more than authoritarian overreach.
