You have no clue wtf you are talking about. Zero

Hang on, I will post those names right after I finish posting the list of LA vehicle inspection stations that give out the fake stickers.

You gotta come up with better bait than that, guy.

So you don’t know any, can’t name them yet you know it’s happening right?

So that’s your stance? You just know its happening?

not uncommon to see the high level travel kids training at 7 or 8

Not sure that is a good thing. Time will tell. And I am not just talking about sports performance.

Well all the data says it is. The earlier kids start training the healthier they tend to be as adults is what the data shows. Also they tend to have less injuries in sports

If you have concerns about kids lifting go read the 5 part series by the doctors at barbell medicine

Half the kids playing baseball really are not strong enough to be playing and should not be throwing a baseball until they get stronger.

I'm not calling out names on a fricking msg board and getting kids in trouble. I know particulars for several past years also. I have no dog in this hunt and I enjoy watching the talent that is displayed by the program, but everyone who follows the program knows the workings.

Just put your head back in the sand.

These things you mention can also be accomplished by letting a 7 year old kid be a kid, play on playgrounds, play different sports, be active. It's a free country, do as you wish, but my concern is a generation of parents that feel they have to hire a trainer to train their 1st grader. If they are being honest with themselves, its not just about "having my kid healthy", its today's sports parents over-prioritizing their kindergartener's athletic "career".

The unstructured play is better for their mental development too.

I've been compiling Top 25 state rankings for a site in football, boys & girls basketball and softball. Going to include baseball this year.

Fortunately, some of the sites like Prep Baseball Report/Louisiana and Baseball in the Boot's Twitter/x page provide a wealth of info.

Have to scour the ends of the internet for basketball stuff.

If he was such a good recruiter he would have got Jake Brown and the Sam Houston kids that have gone D1 also in the past few years. I'm not going to say every kid is home grown but like lsu777 said over 90% are. People have known about Griffin, Littleton and others for years they were on the Smash travel ball team that was top 5 in the nation for 2 years. It is very easy to move into Barbes district in middle school anticipating playing high school ball. The teams continued success recruits it self. Kids obviously stay at Sam and Sulphur to try and beat the Juggernaut. St. Louis, Grand Lake, Iowa, South Beau. And Westlake also have their share of talent in the area. Ashworth at Dequincy last year would have played for Barbe also, so just to say Barbe recruits the best is ignorant and definitely someone salty.

Barbe plays live oak in a few. Jordan griffin is eligible now but courville is out for both games(hurt)

Score: 1-1 live oak going to the bottom of the 9th, barbe tied it in not 7 by kasen bellard base hit up the middle after a walk, sec bunt, sac fly by ledoux (should have been home run but got caught in the wind)

1 hit in the game by live oak on pop fly right on left field line and a nice bunt loving him to third is what allowed them to score

In bottom of 4th Jordan griffin lines a triple over SS and then Owen galt ropes line drove right down third base line, 3rd baseman lays completely out and snags it, lands foot from the bag and doubles up griffin. Jd Alexander ended the inning with his second line drive right to RF. Barbe hitting lots of shots but right at the fielders.

Diego corralles is dealing on the mound for barbe. Ended up giving up 2 hits, a flair pop up and a ball off the plate. Killed it pitching. Live oak pitcher has been awesome too but his defense has had to make a bunch of amazing plays to keep them in it. He has pitched 8, gave up 1 run only 2 hits.

Barbe still hitting hard, but live oak has made some amazing diving catches and their outfield is really playing well

Owen galt just made awesome catch at SS on a line drive and then threw falling down to first to double them up.

Barbe strands 2 in 6th. Total of 3 hits between the two and only the one passed ball that scored only run

Headed to extras, one hell of a game and a hell of a way to start the tournament!!

Live oak is legit this year, atleast this pitcher and defense. They have only had one hard hit all game though.

Live oak pitcher has to leave for pitch count after 7 and a third. Great game by him. Barbe has 1 out and they just walked griffin so major speed on the bases. Live oak gets out of it by striking out galt and getting jd Alexander to pop up

Diego is out due to pitch count

Owen galt comes in and shuts LO down after there was a walk and he gave up a hit, LO strands 2. Still only 5 hits total

Ball game…Diego walks it off in bottom of 9 with hr over right field fence!!! Barbe wins!!!
