Representative Ken Buck (R-CO) said Tuesday on CNN’s “OutFront” that the impeachment of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas was “terrible” because it sets a “terrible precedent.”
He added, “You can try to put lipstick on this pig. It is still a pig. And this is a terrible impeachment. It sets a terrible precedent. The first impeachment of Donald Trump was a bad impeachment. And we’ve got to stop this in this body, or we are going to lose our credibility with the – further lose our credibility with you the American public.”
Buck concluded, “A lot of my colleagues are coming back in the next Congress. If there’s a Republican president next Congress, you better expect an impeachment of a cabinet official.”
Moron!
If you keep letting a bully slap you around, they will always slap you around. Punch him in the face and keep swinging and he will learn.
The idea of Buck that we "had better" expect it under the next President that's a Republican... Where the HELL have you been? They neutered cabinet members. They lawfared the hell out of the last admin and still is!

Ken Buck is an embarrassment to CO.

Since when did they become worried about "terrible precedents"? Ken Buck has to realize not all GOP representatives come from cushy eastern Colorado drifting to the left districts like he does.

I don't know how some of these people can be called Republicans. I guess they say what their constituents want to hear to get elected and after that they fall off the wagon.
Much like John Kennedy, this guy gets up there and does the aww shucks good old country boy shtick then turns around and votes for the $95B funding bill for other countries.

Republican Party: “let’s keep feigning righteous indignation about the border until we get our target number of illegals in, then we can do something about stopping the flow and claim victory”
These people you think are on your side are bending you over a barrel, fricking you in the azz, and laughing about it in the DC bars with their friends from the other Party

I think it’s cute how Democrats and their activists in the media like to keep housebroken Republicans as pets.
“Aww good interview Buck… you’ve been a good boy! Here’s a treat!”

It’s blatantly obvious that Ken Buck is compromised. Absolute POS.

So does Mayorkas get tossed or does he still get to keep smiling/laughing in "conservatices" faces

Does this moron even begin to get that irony?

In a perfect world I agree with him. It’s a terrible game going back and forth like children. But the precedent has already been set and there is no shot the Ds are backing off it.

Thanks, Ken Cuck. He doesn't even know that there is a war going on or he has joined the other side.

The GOP is no longer focused on conservative values and policies and more on appeasing their lord and savior Trump. It is obvious by what was accomplished in this current Congress.

Um....dumbfrick. You think the impeachment of Mayorkis is going to "make them mad" and cause them to impeach somebody? Have you been asleep for the last decade? They impeached a President for essentially nothing at all. The impeachment of Mayorkis is of no significance. They would impeach a cabinet member regardless...because they are dishonest pieces of crap. What a pussy arse statement. Just pathetic.

No one must ever be held accountable in DC, for doing a poor job. People within government agencies must always be given a free pass to do anything.
That's what DC politicians believe.
DC politicians work as lackeys for the DC unelected.
I mean, frick. One would think DC would sacrifice mayorkas...just to appease the masses since he has done a noticeably poor job at his position...and then just move him to the background or some shite...where he still has a lot of power, but he's out of the public eye. Kind of like what they do with Bolton. Bolton is always moving around in the background.

Terrible precedent?
Umm. The progs already did that.

So, the impeachment of a fricking worthless sack of shite destroying the country sets a bad precedent but impeaching the goddamn president for what amounts to “Stop fricking with our Ukraine grift” is all good.
That’s the fricking priorities for these people.
