Delusion has descended on the Chair of Peter. Everyone knows what's going on here - Bergoglio is blessing sin. Dude if he can't recognize homosexuality as grave sin (i.e.mortal) then I don't know what to say except that at the very least he's profoundly misguided or at worst, outright heretical.
Based on Bergoglio's actions and vague statements it appears to me he doesn't really believe in sin, especially mortal sin. The problem I see with a clerics tendency to be vague? When you're the Sheperd of Souls you can't be vague on mortal sin. To me this all points to Bergoglio having fallen for this evil called Moral Relativism. This poison afflicts everything today - religion, government, social interaction, even the definition of life itself (when it begins, and when and how it ends).
Pope Benedict was right - Moral Relativism poses the single greatest threat to humanity. How? Because it denies the existence of sin, especially grave (mortal) sin. It disconnects personal responsibility from actions. Dangerous stuff right there.
So the question? How do you fight this satanic evil called Moral Relativism? I suggest Our Mother Mary's weapon against satan - The Rosary. It's that simple.
Truth, what is that? - Pontius Pilate

Just further proving the Papacy is not biblical.

Several are seriously considering leaving the Catholic church for an alternative.

Pope Francis is not a good pope, most Catholics will agree on that, but being a poor leader is not indicative of his position being unbiblical.

He definitely is not a peacemaker

Logically, one should be able to discern the simple reality of "Bless the Sinner, not the Sin."
One can also disagree with this initiative on two bases:
1) causes confusion in that many won't be able to discern the simple reality and will see it as blessing the Sin. So, don't Bless these Sinners because somebody might be confused.
2) This initiative provides an almost limitless stockpile of ammunition which the Church's enemies will gladly use to shoot at the Church in their never-ending quest to destroy the RCC. So, don't Bless the Sinner because our enemies will use it against us.
Do either of the counter-arguments outweigh the Pope's intention here? At this time, I think so. As such, I disagree with the Pope's initiative here and arguments in favor of his initiative.
The better initiative would be to encourage all Sinners to approach a clergy-member of the Church to receive an individual Blessing.
I think most Catholics who attend Mass regularly are opposed to this initiative.

Why are heretical policies and positions tolerated of the
"Leader" of the RCC church that lead millions astray?

Bears repeating.
Given that obvious to most honest observors, Bergoglio is anti-Christ (the verb AND noun).

As a crooked businessman, I resent this.

True enough. The lack of any evidence of this in the Bible is what makes it unbiblical. The heresies enacted and enabled and enshrined in Catholicism by and for the Papacy is just further evidence.

Leave it to this commie POS to remind me of why I don't respect current day HRCC.

As the head of the Catholic Church, the pope should defer to the Scriptures which clearly state that homosexuality is a sin.

Matthew 16 is evidence for the papacy. Christ changes Simon bar Jonah's name to Peter (a sign of a new mission/calling), gives him the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven (a sign of royal stewardship), and gives him the power to bind and loose in Heaven and on earth (a sign of royal authority).

No, but there are at least two, possibly three, commandments that address crooked business dealings:
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness.
I am the Lord your God. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
On the last one, if your pursuit of money keeps you from God, then money has become your god; therefore, you have broken that commandment.

This guy is not a real pope. The Catholic Church is not a real church either

My thoughts are that they have grown up in the church and believe that it will revert back to the church of their youth once the current shitstain is removed. I gently remind them that they know how this ends biblically...it will not improve until the 2nd coming. People make up their own minds.

So you say the Papacy is not biblical? So answer this please. If Martin Luther, by his own authority, banished the Ministry of the Priesthood by whose authority did Jesus establish the Priesthood to begin with? Jesus himself established the priesthood when he said to Peter,"Thou art Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell will never prevail against it" - Matthew 16:18.
This whole unfortunate confusion within the Church remainds me of a conversation between Napoleon Bonaparte and then Vatican Secretary of State Ercole Cardinal Consalvi (1757 - 1824). When Napoleon Bonaparte threatened to crush the Catholic Church Cardinal Consalvi shot back, "If in 1,800 years we clergy have failed to destroy the Church, do you really think that you'll be able to do it?". Thinking back on the Protestant Reformation Martin Luther sure inflicted a nasty wound on Christian unity.
The Catholic Church is the true Church established by Jesus Christ. Jorge Mario Bergoglio is the current Pope (aka Francis). I don't know why the Holy Spirit allowed this guy to ascent to the Chair of Peter, but I trust that God will not allow Bergoglio to destroy His Church - like Ercole Cardinal Conslavi reminded Napoleon.
A reminder - The Bible is a child of the Catholic Church. You can thank the army of patient dedicated Catholic Monks who patiently transcribed the Books of the Bible by 'hand'. Before the Bible existed there was (and still exist) the Authority. Having said that sometimes the wagon (i.e.Catholic Church) wobbles a bit - but the Holy Spirit has always sent saintly men and women to right the ship.
Domine Deus, obsecro, ne nos in laqueum satanae incidere sinas. Amen

Wow... just... wow.
So much heresy and blasphemy in one post.
Some of you worship the Catholic church and it's "traditions" more than you worship Jesus Christ.
